Sheet Operations

Sheet Operations include the following types,

  1. Sheet Forming
  2. Sheet Bending
  3. Sheet Cutting

Sheet Metal Forming is a process where pieces of sheet metal are modified to its geometry rather than removing any materials. The applied process generates a force that stresses the material to deform. This in turn gives the possibility to bend or stretch the sheet to a variety of complex shapes. Bending is a manufacturing process that produces a V-shape, U-shape, or channel shape along a straight axis in ductile materials, most commonly sheet metal. Commonly used equipment include box and pan brakes, brake presses, and other specialized machine presses. Cutting is a process which cuts metal without the formation of chips or the use of burning or melting. Shreeson Technologies supports its clients in all of the three processes.

CNC Duct Coil Liner

A CNC Duct Coil Liner is applied on HVAC sheet metal for absorbing unwanted noise from multiple surfaces. Shreeson Technologies provides more comfortable and energy efficient indoor environments while lining its sheet metal ducts using its own CNC Duct Coil Liner.

Welding is a fabrication process whereby two or more parts are fused together by means of heat, pressure or both forming a join as the parts cool. Welding is usually used on metals and thermoplastics. Shreeson Technologies is well known for its expertise in the field of welding since 1997.

Surface Treatment

Surface treatment is a process in which metals are worked on to modify their exterior parts for reflectivity and decoration, enhanced hardness and wear endurance, anti-corrosion properties and as a groundwork to increase adhesion of other practices such as painting or photosensitive layering for printing. Shreeson Technologies provides surface treatment for the following,
